Personal data provided by customers of the shop SklepSpadochronowy.pl are used solely for the purpose of the agreement and information about new products, services and promotions. Information about new products will not be sent if the customer informs about his reluctance to receive such information. Personal data are not available to other parties for marketing purposes.
Each client has a right of access to their data and correct them. Entrusted to us personal data is stored and protected in accordance with the principles laid down in existing legislation.
Descriptions and product images
Despite making every effort we do not guarantee, that technical information published do not include failures or errors, which may not be legal basis for claims. If you have any questions, please contact us before you decide. Pictures of products are often illustrations only and may sometimes differ from the actual appearance of the object, but it never changes their properties.
Prices
All prices quoted in our online shop at SklepSpadochronowy.pl are gross prices (incl. 22% VAT), but they do not include shipment. On request, we issue a VAT invoice. Shipping costs, which automatically appear when you order products, concern shipments on Polish territory, and differ from the cost of sending the product to other countries. We make every effort to publish only right prices but we can not guarantee this.
Orders and delivery
Online shop takes orders through the site SklepSpadochronowy.pl. Products that we have on stock, you can pick up in person or we can send the goods by the Polish Post Office. Standard package are priority and non-insured. If you wish economic cheaper shipping, or / and with a declared value (insured) please let us know immediately after placing the order. Shipping insurance cost is consistent with the pricing of the Polish Post and depending on the value of the consignment. We are not responsible for damage or lost non-insured packages. Products which we have on stock we will send within 5 working days from receipt of payment on account or confirm the transfer. Delivery time of goods on order is dependent on the time of the contract by the manufacturer and its location. Beside online shop we have also a stores so it can happen that at the same time one product is bought by someone else. In that situation product goes to the customer who bought it on dropzone.
Payment

, by PayPal or at the time of receipt of goods. The customer should pay within one week of buying.
Return Shipping
A consumer who has entered into a contract by internet shop, may withdraw from it in accordance with the rules, within 10 calendar days from the date of receiving package and must support it by a written statement. Statement must be sent by registered mail or attach to the package with the returned merchandise.
Return of goods takes place at the expense of the customer. Goods returned must not wear signs of usage. Each element must be complete and pre-packaged, and delivered the goods in original packaging in unaltered. In the case of non-compliance with this condition the goods will not be accepted.
Return of goods to the seller, must happen immediately, no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal. Reimbursement shall be by written acknowledgment of package of goods by the seller. Together with the reimbursement of product the client must return all products / benefits received gratis to this product.
In the case where a customer chooses to return the goods and the decision will support the written declaration and they are fully complied with the provisions of these Regulations, a purchase contract shall be deemed not been and an corrective invoice will be issued. After sending by the client a signed copy of the invoice the shop will return corrective amount to which the value of purchased equipment, less shipping and handling when it suffered a store owner, and possibly other costs, which showed shop associated with the delivery and handling of goods.
Final Provisions
Placing an order is tantamount to reading and acceptance of these Rules.
